2 Things I meant to clear up earlier: First, Jake was right-- TR was shot in Milwaukee, not Chicago.
Second, TR was in the State Assembly when his first wife died, (he wasn't governor yet) and left that post to go to The Badlands.
I think that's it. Now, I'm going on a TR fast.
